Picks

What picks do you guys like? I usually use the Dunlop Jazz III-sized Tortex (purple & green), but also like the regular black and red Jazz IIIs, and the full size green, blue, and purple Tortex.

I use the Dunlop Tortex picks - I did use the Purple 1.14mm and Blue 1mm picks but broke too many strings so tend to use Green .88mm or Yellow .73mm picks (Orange .60mm if I'm playing acoustic).

Dunlop jazz III ( black one ) , Regular purple one ( like Ted Nugent once said about his picks...you kill deers with those!!)

I use Cool picks. They have a model (Juratex) with a kind of plastic that react fast and and has a sand paper grip. They give a very precise sound.http://www.coolmusicinc.com/I bought a full box so I wont miss them. I need them so badly!!! I cannot use another pick anymore.

I like red Dunlop Jazz IIIs, but I also want to try the new Ultex Jazz IIIs.

Since staring this thread, I got a pack of Adamas 2mm graphite picks. In a word, awesome.

Used to be ibanez steve vai, then tortex III blues + greens, now ernie ball everlast pinks or greens.
