Very sad news for the rock world with the passing of the "the father of loud" - Jim Marshall OBE.

I really think that he did more than just about anyone, to unwittingly shape the face of modern music as we know it today. He is the sound of rock. Everything comes from him, Les Paul, Leo F and George Fullerton.
