My beautiful Excalibur is now over ten years old and is need of a regret, looking for recommendation for a service in the USA

What size/thread pattern is the screw that holds the strap button? I want to use an eye bolt for my strap.

Tried to turn it over but the teeth are there. I can slide it a little towards the high E and the ping goes away but I’m going to need a new one. I’m in the USA, can you help me with getting a new one? Thank you 

It's a 2011 with the one piece ZF. I'm wondering that if I turn it upside down that it's slightly smaller on one end than the other to accommodate for the string thickness. Would that be true? 

My ZF is worn and I’m getting a ping sound in the lower frets, can I turn it upside down or do I need a new one?
