Vigier fretless are like gold today, so you will find a buyer easily, exchange is probably possible with a guitarist that has several guitars.

On the back of the head there is a housing that hold the flexretainer, there are two screws on the side. you must play with them to lock the flexretainer string.
Make sure the two screws are centered.(see on the right of the image)

You then should enlarge the top of the slot; with 0,9mm deepness 1,5 mm

They are identical excepted the Lockneck. You can use the current parts.
Installing the Lockneck afterward, NO, almost impossible.
