Natural distortion!

Good day chaps, I have recently bought a Blackstar Studio 20W head. It's all valve and sounds pretty * good. Thing is I'm new to playing loud. I was wondering if anyone had any recomended settings to get a clear naturally distorted sound from the amp. The head is being used in conjunction with a 1x12 Marshall cab, a Tele and a Suhr Rasmus GG signature. I have a standard useable tone at the moment, however some more insight as to how to get a good clean natural distorion would be very useful.
