Mesa Boogie Rocket 44

There is one going second hand for ?650. This seems like an ideal amp as I can't justify getting anything more than 50 watts with the places i gig, it seems a good price and hey, it's Mesa!
However I can't get down to the music shop to try it out for while, so if anybody has any experience with this amp, or anything similar, it would really help!
