Hi - I recently became the happy owner of a 10y old Excalibur Supra :) The previous owner has done significant changes to the pickup heights and I want to reset it to the pickup setup which was used originally. Can someone help me find the default  spacing between the pickups and the strings (top/bottom) for this HSH combination? Do you measure with open strings? Hope someone can help. Thanks in advance  :)

Hi, digging up an old thread as the link doesn't work.
Would anyone know the default factory settings for the bridge pickup in a GV Wood?

Great, thanks for sharing!
I would read it as follows.

GV Wood, or Rock:
Neck pickup: 1 on high E string; 4 on low E string.
Bridge pickup: 0,5 on high E string; 1,5 on low E string.

Although, I don't know if I'm reading it well...
Would those be millimeters between the humbucker and the string ?
Would it be while fretting at the top fret?

I wonder as 0,5mm would seem very, very close. Even if it's the high E, pretty much touching the string.

Press the string on the last fret and measure top pole piece to bottom of string
