Is it possible to purchase a replacement base plate of the Vigier Trem?

My Excalibur Custom's holes for the intonation screws have become burred and now its pretty impossible to set the intonation as the screws are unable to tighten and hold the saddle in place. This resulsts that once string tension is applied the saddle slips and is flush with the screw.

Im now using a light gauge 8-48 in D standard and managed to purchase some longer intonation screws to go all the way to the otherside of the baseplate, but on the high E the closest screw hole has no grip whatsoever. So the saddle can only sit up against the screw. The guitar was made 20th December 1994 so its been around for a while so I had to change some hardware when I purchased it.

You would have to purchase the complete tremolo unit for replacement. To do so, please contact one of our authorised dealers to process your order.

Hey Ben, do you have a list of your authorised retailers for the UK? How much would it cost, or does it vary depending on the retailer I go to?

Thanks
