Problem with Neck...

Hello everyone, I have a Vigier Arpege III 6 Strings Bass (Serial 003), I have a problem in the neck and it is that it has been deformed and bent forward ..., has anyone had this problem in its bass ?, Thanks!
It seems that I'm the only one who has had that problem in the bass, someone from Vigier can tell me if he has a solution? I usually repair bass and guitars and in this problem usually applying heat you can take the neck to your site, but in this case It does not work, does anyone know if there is a Luthier in Spain that can solve the problem?
