Hi! I recently bought a 2nd or 3rd hand Vigier and can't place the exact model. It's this.

The neck plate reads 060268 and the bag containing the tremelo arm is stickered with "SU-198-1906", but the closest I've found to it is the Custom - however I can find either HSH with the simpler floyd or HSS with the locking floyd, but not simple floyd and HSS like mine. It's also had the stock SCs replaced with dimarzio choppers.

I'm still settling in but basically love how it plays (might swap the pups - if anyone has a suggestion for a humbucker-sized fender-style SC for the bridge I'm all ears) so it's not an issue, just curious about exactly what I have and the approx value of, and sod's law it's one of very few with no exact provenance.

Any help much appreciated!

This is an Excalibur Special * with a HSS pickguard (not something currently available on this guitar)…so you have a nice and unique guitar there.

Ah right - so it was HSH originally and someone changed it up? Thanks!
