Cool, yes I use those too but for blues playing mainly as the tiny Jazz III gets worn out very quick!

There are so many! I really like the Apogee Duet but its pretty expensive, The Lexicon Omega looks good too but I want something small and compact, lightweight but rugged, used mainly for solo guitar 1/4' jack in..Opinions please.

Mines acquired a buzz around the first fret on the high E - I wonder if the extreme weather climate has affected the action? I think I'd prefer one with the nut un-slotted.

Probably a silly question but is there any way of adjusting the EMGs * in the Excalubur Ultra? I find the middle one sits a litle high.

Same here, well eventually, can you tell me a price please? My fingerboard is wearing down slightly on a few of the frets. I play a Vigier Excalibur Ultra with a Rosewood fingerboard and its in Black Diamond (my favorite colour)

Schaller, definitely. I used Dimarzio cliplocks for a while but the attachments absoluteley molest all the paint off your guitar which is fine if you don't care and want your guitar to look beat up like Malmsteen, but if you value your axe, avoid Cliplocks they're awful!

well all, I finally took the plunge and had a Kahler retro-fitted! I always loved these tremolos and found them really expressive. I have a full pictorial account of all the work involved (thirty photos or so) of all the modifications. It was a mammoth job but it sounds amazing...pics to follow.

I've been using these on and off for twenty years, back when they were Maxima. I've heard that the company has gone bust, is there any truth in this or is it just gossip based on the current economic climate? Hmm, I've no idea what strings I will start using if Optima are down the pan...
