<p>Hello.</p> <p>I have a Vigier Excalibur Supra 7 and one of the flexretainers has slipped away and the vigier support team said on facebook that i can take a ball end of  an high e string and put it there.</p> <p>Someone actually did that and can film a video for me or else write instructions...
